Functional characteristics

1. Can automatically complete tasks such as automatic loading of packaging bags, pushing of materials into bags (including instructions), sealing, etc.

2. This machine adopts PLC control and Chinese touch screen operation, which is intuitive and simple. It monitors the actions of various parts through photoelectric monitoring. If any abnormalities occur during operation, it can automatically stop and display the cause, so as to promptly troubleshoot.

3. The entire movement mechanism of the equipment adopts full servo drive, which operates more stably and has strong flexibility.

4. This machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. The conveying of non material packaging bags does not work, and the conveying of non packaging bag materials does not work, completely eliminating the problem of empty bag packaging.

5. This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with other equipment to form a complete production line.

6. The new bagging function effectively solves the packaging needs of products with manual instructions for automatic bagging, while saving labor, improving production efficiency, and comprehensively achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

7. The device has product counting and operation speed display functions.

8. The box is made of 304 stainless steel. Suitable for CMP requirements, the exterior of the body is made of stainless steel material.

9. Randomly equipped with spare parts, accessories, and special tools, the quantity shall be provided according to the packing list.
