9. The main material is 304 stainless steel, and the surface of conveyor 6061 is treated. Other components should be able to effectively prevent deformation and corrosion. The equipment surface and operating area should have no sharp corners, edges and corners should have no burrs, and there should be no leakage gaps or dead corners at the joints. It is easy to clean and ensures safe operation.
10. Equipment surface exposed surface roughness ≤ 0.8 μ m. There will be no sanitary blind spots.
11. The entire machine is welded using fully automatic welding technology, and the pipeline is made using a fully automatic welding process of single sided welding with no filler and double sided forming. Welding adopts full welding.
12. After welding, both the inner and outer surfaces are passivated before polishing, with an outer surface roughness of ≤ 0.8 μ M.
