Automatic packing machines play a crucial role in the secondary packaging of primary packaging in the entire field of packaging products. The boxing machine actually involves three different operations: cardboard box forming, box packaging/filling, and box sealing. Each of these operations can be performed separately. Alternatively, two or all three of these operations can be integrated into a single machine, such as a packaging box rack integrated with a packaging box/sealing box. The transmission and control are mainly mechanical, pneumatic, and optoelectronic integrated. Domestic packing machines can operate small boxes (such as food and drug packaging boxes), glass bottles, plastic bottles, plastic barrels, metal cans, soft packaging bags and other packaging forms. The basic requirement is to be able to pick up the box board, fold the bottom of the box, and collect and pack the box shaped products. In the actual operation process, pick up the box board, box shape, and bottom folding edge in order to complete the formation of the box shape. After collecting and organizing rigid packaging such as bottles and cans, grab a certain number of hands from the container machine and place them directly into cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, or pallets. If there is a partition in the cardboard box, the accuracy requirement for installing the camera is higher. The packaging of flexible packaging products usually adopts a box shape, where materials are collected and filled simultaneously, thereby improving the packaging speed. The automatic packing machine is equipped with auxiliary equipment, such as sealing and bundling, and automatic sealing and bundling to complete the final process.

Automatic packing machine is an automated device used to erect folded cardboard boxes into boxes or fold cardboard into pallets/boxes, etc., to load the finished products to be packaged into boxes or pallets/boxes, and to seal the boxes.
