Rules for daily maintenance of cartoning machine

(1) Before use, observe whether the compressed air pressure is between 0.5 MPa and 0.8 MPa through the pressure gauge.
(2) Start the machine for reference operation, observe the alarm information of the equipment, and operate without any alarm information.
(3) After the box filling machine is used, the mould, sensor, reflector and conveyor belt of the bottle feeding system are cleaned by compressed air, so that there is no obvious dust and dirt on the surface.
(4) After the use of the cartoning machine, the sensor, conveyor belt and origami tray of the origami system are cleaned by compressed air, so that there is no obvious dust and dirt on the surface.
(5) After the box loading machine is used, the sensor and box conveyor belt of the box feeding system are cleaned by compressed air, so that there is no obvious dust and dirt on the surface.
(6) After use, the external surface of the machine body is cleaned by compressed air, so that the surface is free of obvious dust and dirt.

In general, the daily maintenance of the cartoner includes routine maintenance such as cleaning, fastening, lubrication and anti-corrosion, inspection and adjustment of main components of the cartoner such as engine, clutch, transmission and transmission components, as well as regular and key maintenance such as wear and failure detection of components. In addition, when the seasons change, the packer needs to be maintained in different seasons, including fault detection and maintenance of main systems such as power system, transmission system, air compressor system and control system.

When the production needs to be stopped and placed, the overall anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and anti rust work of the cartoning machine should be done well.
